Found a cheap house...

I found a house in my neighborhood for $8000, and I jumped at the chance to buy it (like I needed to, the house has been on the market for three years now). I just need to come up with the money to buy it and repair it. I was wondering if there are any grants that I could apply for that would let me do this, and also before this December, because I'm getting married then. Are there any grants for that (and also my wedding... just kidding!)?
